Player online / at home

The NelfeTech account links your venue scores, your Live Contest participations and — down the road — rankings and rating.

Create your account

On the platform's account area: enter your email, open the login link you receive (valid 30 minutes). No password to remember.

  • Twitch can be linked to the account ("Continue with Twitch") — handy if you join Live Contests, never mandatory.
  • RetroAchievements will be linkable as a verified link (preparing home rankings).

Claim your venue scores

Your venue badge carries a recovery code: it is your claim code.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Enter your badge's recovery code.
  3. Your scores from that venue ("verified venue" provenance) join your profile — visit after visit, venue after venue.

Several venues?

Claim each badge: all your anonymous identifiers converge into the same account.

Rankings

Public rankings show the best marks per player and per game, with their provenance. Venue scores are signed by the venue's hub — a third party can verify their origin. The rating (verified arcade and home, side by side) will arrive after its calibration season.

Notifications

Turn on notifications from your account (Config tab): you're alerted — in the browser/phone AND by email — when a contest opens, when a tournament is being prepared at a venue you follow, or when someone beats your record. Add the account page to your home screen to receive them like an app.

Your data

Your account is yours. From the Config tab of your account:

  • 📦 Export my data downloads, as JSON, everything the platform knows about you: account, linked identities, attached scores, follows, entries.
  • 🗑️ Delete my account permanently erases the account and everything attached to it (identities, follows, notifications). Your venue scores remain, but become anonymous again — no link to you anymore.

Nothing is kept longer than needed: expired sign-in links and in-transit requests are purged automatically.

At home

Streamers' Live Contests are played from home: see the streamer guide for the viewer journey (one !command in chat, the game launches at home, your runs count live).
